  • Operating CNC Lathes<\/li>
  • Report the status of the shift’s production tasks to the shift supervisor<\/li>
  • Perform adjustments on the CNC lathe \u2022 Perform first-level maintenance on the machinery<\/li>
  • Conduct in-process inspections, as well as first- and last-piece inspections, using metrology instruments (gauges, micrometers, calipers, projectors, etc.)<\/li>
  • Comply with the department’s work protocols<\/li>
  • Follow the shift supervisor’s instructions<\/li>
  • Comply with the company’s health and safety protocols<\/li>
  • Ensure that the workstation is neat and clean<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Interpreting Blueprints<\/li>
    • Experience with mobile-head lathes and FANUC controls is preferred: STAR SR-20J Type C (FANUC SERIES 31i-MODEL B control), STAR SV-20 (FANUC SERIES 16i-TB control), STAR SB-16II Type E (FANUC SERIES<\/li>
    • Experience with metrology equipment is preferred: Experience with the Vicivision MTL X5 and the Garant MM1 200 video projector is preferred<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
