On Saturday 24th February, the second module of the 3rd edition of the Dental Call Center implantology modular course was held. This module was directed by Dr. Juan Pedro Mazón, and was supported by Dr. Mariana Hernández, technical product manager of ZIACOM.
Dental Call Center (CliniKsalud Odontólogos in Algemesi, Valencia) provides training to small groups and can provide personalised support during preclinical days, which are used as workshops to perfect techniques for subsequent application to patients.
During the session, ZIACOM ZINICmt, ZINIC Shorty and ZMK implants were used after the theoretical and technical information.
The attendees to the second module had the opportunity to perform surgical implantology protocols on resin models through the BOX400CM, BOX150CM and BOX600XC surgical kits.
For the workshop, ZIACOM supplied internal connection implants: ZINICmt, with conical root morphology, and ZINIC Shorty extra-short implants. The students were able to learn in detail the indications of the two and the differences in the instruments used.
