What kind of personal data do we hold about you?

The information we collect will be related to the requested product or service: for example, your name and contact details, the nature of the requested product or service and other related information, so that we can respond to you.

Without prejudice to the fact that the legal ground for sending product updates, news on developments in the sector, invitations to events and conferences and notifications about fairs and congresses is based on specific consent, which you have provided us with at the time of collecting your data, under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent affect the execution of the agreement between the parties. 

The legal ground for the personal data processing in selection processes will be based on the candidate’s own free and unequivocal consent that they provide us with when they send their CV.

The assignments of your personal data are limited to the purposes of the business relationships with Ziacom Medical S.L.
