General conditions of sale 


You can place your orders through four different channels:

Mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands* 

  • Orders placed between Monday and Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm. Orders will be delivered by courier on the next working day by standard delivery service before 7pm.
  • Orders placed on Friday from 8:30am to 3pm. Orders will be delivered by courier on the next working day by standard delivery service before 7pm.

Delivery charge to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

  • For orders under €180, before tax, the delivery charge will be €6 + VAT. There are special delivery services that must be requested at the time of placing the order:
    • Special delivery by 10am. Latest delivery is next day by 10am: Cost of €15 + VAT (see locations). 
    • Special delivery by 12pm. Latest delivery is next day by 12 noon: Cost of €12 + VAT (see locations). 

Delivery charge to Canary Islands 

  • For orders under €240 the delivery charge will be €28. Likewise, all customs expenses for these shipments will be paid by Ziacom Medical S.L. 


With each order, the customer will receive a delivery note corresponding to the requested material. 

Monthly invoicing 

  • A single invoice will be issued at the end of every month and this must be paid by the 25th day of the month following the date of the issued invoice. In the case of the Canary Islands, due to customs procedures, an invoice will be issued for each delivery note. 

Payment methods 

  • Invoices can be paid by direct debit, by transfer performed by the customer, by cheque or by credit/debit card. 
  • It is possible to pay invoices in instalments for up to 6 months for orders starting from €1,500 (VAT included) under the following conditions:
    • Invoice for an amount between €1,500 and €3,000 (VAT included): payment in up to 3 months 
    • nvoice for an amount between €3,000 and €6,000 (VAT included): payment in up to 4 months 
    • Invoice for an amount over €6,000 (VAT included): payment in up to 6 months 
  • Requests for payment in instalments must be made before the 10th day of the month following the issuance of the invoice and must be approved for processing by the Risk Department. 
  • Check with the Administration Department for conditions and clauses. 
  • The expenses derived from payments rejected by their bank will be payable by the customer, in addition to the administration expenses of Ziacom Medical SLU (fixed fee of 3% of the rejected payment + €18 for the administration expenses of Ziacom Medical S.L.). 


  • For payment of the amount of the first order (if it is less than €150, taxes included), only transfers in advance or cash on delivery will be accepted. 
  • If the customer wishes to pay by direct debit, they must complete and sign the SEPA B2B direct debit document. 


Customers can return any ZIACOM® product within a maximum period of 90 days from the issuance of the purchase invoice, as long as the following conditions are met: 

  • The product must appear in a current ZIACOM® catalogue. Returns of discontinued products will not be allowed. 
  • Returns will always be made in relation to the customer named on the goods invoice. 
  • Returns of products sold through offers or sales promotions will not be accepted if they are not returned complete, as purchased. 
  • Returns of products or materials invoiced or sent at zero cost, through 100% discounts or free of charge, will not be allowed. 
  • The material must be sent in its original packaging and be protected to avoid damage during shipping. 
  • Material that is not in perfect condition will not be accepted. This includes material that has been opened, handled, used or is damaged or altered from its original packaging. 

Important information regarding your return 

  • You must contact Ziacom Medical S.L. Customer Care and specify the material you wish to return, the references and the batch number of each product. 

A return number will then be issued that must be attached to the material you wish to return, along with your information. You can then send the material to Ziacom Medical S.L directly or request its collection*: 

  • The return and, therefore, the corresponding refund for the material will be performed once it has arrived at our facilities and been checked by the Quality Department to confirm that the products meet the requirements for their return. After this, the balance of the refund will be transferred to the customer’s account by Ziacom Medical S.L. 
  • Any returns that reach Ziacom Medical S.L. before the 21st day of each month will be processed and paid in the current month’s invoice. Those received after the 21st day of each month will appear in the invoice for the following month.

* The shipping costs will be charged to the customer in all collections for return managed by Ziacom Medical S.L. 


  • Ziacom Medical S.L will not be responsible for any damage, loss, hold-up, delay or failure in the shipments of materials caused by the transportation companies, third parties or causes beyond the control of Ziacom Medical S.L. 
  • In the event of any damage, loss or delay of the material sent, this will not be a reason to increase the obligations of Ziacom Medical S.L. However, Ziacom Medical S.L will take the relevant measures to resolve the damage, loss or delay quickly and fairly with customers, whenever this is possible. 
  • All material shipments take place at the customer’s risk and expense. Ziacom Medical S.L does not include any insurance in the transportation or shipping of the material. 
  • Ziacom Medical S.L reserves the right to modify or change the general sales conditions without prior notice. These conditions annul all previous conditions.
  • Ziacom Medical S.L is not responsible for possible typographical errors. After receiving the order, the customer has 48 hours to report any possible service incidents.
