The Ziacom Basic transepithelial abutment is a highly versatile abutment that allows for all types of single- and multiple-unit restorations, making it the ideal choice for the majority of clinical situations.
Its transocclusal screw has greater length, metric and robustness than other transepithelial abutments, which makes it a high-performance abutment against loads, which together with the rest of its properties and characteristics make it a prosthetic attachment of excellent quality and a guarantee for the achievement of the objectives expected with transepithelial abutments such as Basic:

- External connection: 1.5-5 mm.

Basic is also a very aesthetic option, as it allows the inclusion of an intermediate abutment so there is no loss of tissue. As it has a smaller width in the prosthetic part, it facilitates the work in that phase.
It is available for all platforms and has blue anodised attachments common to all platforms.
The Basic abutment unitary anti-rotational is available in different gingival heights and therefore allows for the restoration of single units with screw-retained prostheses in cases of unfavourable implant shoulder depth (in relation to the LAC of adjacent teeth or other implant platforms), thick gingival biotype, or due to crestal defects or an expanded prosthetic space.
