Ziasure

Pin system and fixing screws

Pin system and fixing screw system for guided bone regeneration (GBR) processes.

Ziacom’s Ziasure pins and fixing screws, made of grade 5 titanium, have been developed for use in guided bone regeneration (GBR) processes as devices for immobilizing bone grafts, soft tissue and membranes, both resorbable and non-absorbable.

Ziasure ZS1 Fixing Pins

Ziacom’s Ziasure ZS1 fixation pins have been developed for use in guided bone regeneration (GRB) processes. . Its main function is the fixation of membranes, both resorbable and non-absorbable.
The ZS1 Ziasure fixation pin provides membrane immobilization, which favors and improves predictability to the bone regeneration process.

Pines de anclaje óseo cortos

0.90 mm hexagonal rod: easy removal after treatment

Flat base: improves stability and prevents tearing and puncture of the membrane

Tapered tip: facilitates insertion into soft and hard bones without drilling

  • Fixation of collagen, synthetic and PTFE membranes in Seibert type I and II bone.

Graft fixation in mucogingival surgery.

Ø2.5 mm headbetter distribution of impact force

Easy removal and disassembly at the end of treatment

Increases stability

  • Enables collagen, synthetic and PTFE scaffolds in Seibert type III and IV bone.
  • Fixation grafts in mucogingival surgery

Ziasure ZS2 Bone Fixation Screws

Ziacom’s ZS2 Ziasure fixation screws are designed to be used in guided bone regeneration (GBR) procedures, such as fixation and immobilization devices for bone or soft tissue grafts, resorbable and non-resorbable membranes.

Short bone fixation screws

Torx connection: easy insertion and removal after treatment

Flat base: improves membrane fixation and stability

Increased stability and easy removal

Tapered tip: facilitates insertion in light and hard tissues without the need for milling.

  • Fixation and stabilization of membranes (resorbable and non-resorbable) in GBR procedures.
  • Fixation of collagen, synthetic and PTFE membranes in Seibert type I and II bone.
  • Fixation and immobilization of grafts in bone regeneration procedures and mucogingival surgery.

Fixation screws for long bones

Torx connection: easy insertion and removal after treatment

Oval head: reduces the risk of tissue tearing in cases of angled insertion

Self-tapping body: facilitates positioning and improves stability

Self-drilling tip: facilitates insertion

  • It allows for scaffolding using the “tent” technique.
  • Fixation and immobilization of grafts in bone regeneration procedures and mucogingival surgery.
