The Ziacom Group stands out for its commitment to environmental issues, optimizing the efficient use of resources to minimize the effects on the environment. To this end, an internal campaign has been launched with the aim of reducing the consumption of paper and stored material, promoting digitization and recycling not only of this material, but also of all types of waste that may be produced.

We support renewable energy by installing solar panels in our work centers; in this way we become more efficient in production, without generating emissions and taking advantage of the inexhaustible local resources we have on our territory.

Similarly, we believe in the high energy efficiency provided by LED lighting and use this system in all our facilities. Due to their low energy consumption, LEDs help us produce less environmental pollution, and with better regulation of lighting power, they enable us to reduce the impact of light pollution, which the environment greatly appreciates. Fewer manufacturing processes are carried out to make them, and they have a long service life.

We measure and monitor the carbon footprint produced by our business. Rising levels of these gases in the atmosphere are causing global climate change: its calculation allows us to reduce or optimize energy consumption and change consumption habits so as to minimize its impact on the planet. The Ziacom Group invests in a fleet of ECO (E-marked) vehicles that lower consumption through a type of energy source that reduces fuel consumption and thus pollutant emissions.

We know that there is still much to be done in this area, so we are constantly on the move, looking for alternatives and improvement actions that will enable us to be leaders in sustainability

The goal of our work here is to improve social welfare in the context in which we operate in order to achieve positive change.

The Ziacom Group faces the challenge of reducing inequality, ensuring human rights, and protecting the health and safety of workers.

Human rights are an essential pillar for improving the social dimension of a company. The creation of internal policies and a compliance monitoring protocol are key actions that are implemented to improve this. We evaluate our suppliers and are against any kind of exploitation or irregularities they may engage in.

We promote the development of people and their social environment. Product innovation is one of our daily priorities, we work to design and manufacture products that improve patients’ lives and simplify our customers’ work, giving them the opportunity to provide efficient and quality service.

Our corporate policy promotes diversity, equality and inclusion, concepts that are part of our commitments and corporate strategy to follow. Social dynamics are complex and constantly changing, so we apply a solid strategy of action, managing and improving the entire area covered by social factors in the company.

The well-being of male and female workers in the work environment is one of our main goals. Developing health, safety and risk prevention plans, as well as continuous monitoring of the work environment, are key tasks for the Ziacom Group. We support a safe and healthy work environment. We prioritize human capital management, and continuous retention, development and reconciliation actions are implemented.

We have a clear organizational structure, with defined, transparent and consistent lines of responsibility, designed to ensure compliance with the ethical values promoted by our corporate philosophy, based on a Code of Conduct policy and an Equality Plan that promote diversity, equality and excellent work practices.

The implementation of an Ethics Channel available to anyone who is part of or related to the Company provides us with the security of being informed of violations of our Code of Conduct or the existence of indications or evidence of crimes of any kind, being able to act accordingly, applying our values and principles based on regulatory compliance, which sanctions inappropriate behavior.
